Our Team

Imelda Toledo-Neely, MD

Dr. Toledo-Neely is a bilingual and board-certified family medicine provider who is well known in the community and is looking forward to seeing both new and existing patients. Dr. Toledo-Neely specializes in adult primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, preventative care and minor procedures. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Born and raised in Chihuahua, Mexico, Dr. Toledo-Neely showed an interest in helping others from an early age and attended medical school at Facultad de Medicina de la UACH in her hometown. She started her residency in family medicine at East Tennessee State University and completed the program at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, Mich. Dr. Toledo-Neely enjoys teaching about family medicine and has been active as faculty at the University of Massachusetts residency program and at Oakwood Hospital.

Outside of serving her patients and the community, Dr. Toledo-Neely puts an emphasis on family and staying active, including through horseback riding, lifting weights, swimming and bicycling in the scenic Las Cruces area.

Syed Ahmed, MD

Dr. Ahmed was raised in Hyderabad, India, a place known for its hospitality and good food which became an integral part of his life. He believes in living a disciplined life, however now that he has children, that has become more challenging. Dr. Ahmed believes that disciplining himself allows him to utilize time efficiently, be a good listener, be respectful of others, and have a pleasant personality. Good communication skills have also helped him to gain the trust of the people around him. He also considers good health as the greatest blessing from God and he strives to keep himself in the fittest state possible, and it is his goal to also promote the same in his patients.
