When you call to schedule an appointment, please provide us with as much information as possible about your needs so that we may schedule the appropriate amount of time for your visit. Every effort will be made to schedule urgent problems as quickly as possible. While we cannot accommodate walk-in requests for exams or consultations with a provider, same day testing for pregnancy, bladder infections, and blood pressure checks is easily arranged if you call early in the day.
Our practice accepts most insurances, and co-pays and co-insurance portions are expected at the time of service. Self-pay patients are offered a prompt-pay discount if paid in full at time of service. For new patients, we will need your insurance information and cannot schedule your appointment without it. All patients need to bring their insurance information and a photo ID to their appointments. Please expect to update your information at each visit and for OB patients, at least monthly.
We will be asking for your email address which will allow online access to your records; however, it is not required. Once you have registered your email address with us, you will receive an email providing you with your username and password and the link, usually within 24 hours or less. Please access the link within 72 hours or it will no longer be valid. The current functionality allows you to view future appointments, visit notes and lab results.
