Prescription Refills

You may request prescription refills through the Patient Portal or by calling the office.

Have your medication bottle and pharmacy phone number available when you call or provide the medication you would like refilled and the pharmacy in a request through the portal. Please allow up to 72 hours for prescription refills to be called in to the pharmacy.

Recommended Check-Ups

  • Blood pressure measurements every 1 to 2 years
  • Breast self exams monthly and an annual healthcare provider screening
  • Annual mammography at age 50, sooner depending on personal risk factors
  • Cholesterol levels every 5 years after age 18
  • All women who are or have been sexually active, or have reached age 21, should have a PAP smear
  • Blood sugar levels vary, depending on family history, personal risk factors for diabetes
  • Skin exams including mole checks; self-inspection for suspicious growths
  • Annual screenings for sexually transmitted infections
