Established in 1996, New Mexico Cardiovascular Associates remains a leader in providing quality cardiovascular, vascular and thoracic surgical care in Southern New Mexico. The team of surgeons, physician assistants, nurses, scrub techs, perfusionists, and staff have pioneered and led the development of two highly successful hospital-based cardiovascular programs in Southern New Mexico.

Prior to your office visit it is extremely helpful for us to have all your current studies, i.e. ultrasounds, CT scan, MRI, laboratory results and reports in our office that have been ordered by your physician. This information is reviewed by our physicians prior to your office to assist them to understand your condition.
Once your office appointment is made, please bring with you on the day of your visit:
1. Referral from your primary care physician (PCP) or cardiologist.
2. Photo ID, i.e. current driver license, etc.
3. Insurance card(s).
4. Current list of your medications.
Patient demographic information:

2. We ask that new patients arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment time to fill in paperwork.
